SwapKing respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect on our Solana swap aggregator, how we use it, and your rights. SwapKing is a non-custodial Solana aggregator: we do not require registration, email, or KYC to use the service.

1. Data We Collect

Solana wallet address. When you connect a Solana wallet, your public key becomes visible to the service. This is required to build Solana swap transactions. We do not store it on our servers.
Solana transaction data. Every Solana swap you sign is publicly recorded on the Solana blockchain. We do not control this data.
Technical data. Basic server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) may be recorded by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention.
Local storage. We may use browser localStorage to remember your slippage preference and Solana wallet connection state. This data stays in your browser and is not sent to us.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect your name, email, phone number, address, government ID, or any KYC information. We do not use tracking pixels or third-party advertising networks. We do not sell or share any data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. How We Use Data

The only data we process is technical data used for security, rate limiting, and abuse prevention. This data is handled by our hosting provider under their standard privacy terms.

4. Third-Party Services

The Solana swap aggregator relies on third-party infrastructure including:
Solana RPC providers - for reading Solana blockchain state and submitting Solana transactions.
Solana aggregator and DEX services - for SPL token swap routing.
Price feeds - for USD values and reference prices.
Hosting and CDN - for serving the site and protecting it from abuse.
These providers have their own privacy policies. We do not share personal data with them.

5. Cookies

SwapKing does not use advertising cookies. We may use localStorage for functional preferences (slippage settings, Solana wallet connection state). You can clear this at any time in your browser settings.

6. Your Rights

Because we do not collect personal data, there is nothing to access, correct, or delete on our side. Solana blockchain data is immutable and outside our control.

7. Children

The service is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the Solana swap aggregator from unauthorized access, including HTTPS encryption, DDoS protection, and strict Content Security Policy. However, no system is perfectly secure. Use the service at your own risk. See Security for the technical overview.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
