Common Phantom errors

"Phantom not detected" - the extension is not installed or is disabled. Reinstall from phantom.app.
"Solana transaction failed" - usually insufficient SOL for gas or slippage too low. Add SOL and increase slippage.
"Connection rejected" - you clicked Cancel in the Phantom popup. Click Connect again and approve.
"Wrong network" - Phantom must be on Solana Mainnet. Switch in Settings → Developer Settings → Change Network.
